Snugglebug Direct offer a 100% guarantee that if any item you have ordered from us is unsuitable we will offer an exchange or refund (with exception of postage rates), as long as they are returned to us unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with labels intact, within 28 days.

All items we sell are carefully inspected before dispatch. We hope that you do not have any problems.

However, if for any reason you do find a product is the wrong size, faulty or damaged, you can return it, in its original condition with all tags attached, within 28 days of the date you received it and receive an exchange or refund. 

• If you intend to return a product, we must be notified by email within 10 working days of you taking delivery. After 10 working days we will deem that you have accepted the goods having inspected them.
• Any product returned must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached, and returned in its original packaging or similar,  within 28 working days.
• On receipt of returned goods we will exchange or refund if all of the above conditions are met. 
• Postage charges will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty. 
• We advise that you ask at the Post Office for a certificate of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that do not reach us.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
